Returns & Refunds

Please note : All goods bought can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt the following must apply for us to warrant a FULL Refund

  • If your item has not been dispatched yet then you have the right to cancel your order immediately. (All orders before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day.)
  • Our Returns Policy will be enclosed in your package. Should your order have been received and you wish to return for exchange, simply follow the steps on our document that will be enclosed and advise what item it is that you would like to exchange it for.
  • Please include the returns document and invoice in the parcel you received with the goods, or your name and order number, so we know who sent the item back so we can deal with it accordingly.

Returns.

Our only stipulation is that they are in a re-saleable condition and have not been used.

  • The tags have not been removed.
  • The packaging is returned unripped and re-usable with everything returned in the original box without damaging the box in any way.

Exchange.

  • All returns for exchanges are dealt with on the same working day of receipt.

Refunds.

  • Upon receiving the goods returned in satisfactory re-saleable condition we will issue the refund within 3 working days of receipt (Monday/Saturday), and you will see the credit on your card after 3 or 4 working days.
  • Although we issue the credit straight away it takes this length of time to work its way through the banking system.
  • A refund will show on your card under our company name: Beauty Within 
  • Please ensure that you wrap the package securely,For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a signed Delivery service please note Royal Mail recorded delivery only insures the goods up to £39.
  • We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.
  • Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. All inital postage and packaging costs will be retained by the seller.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our Returns Policy is provided on the rear your purchase invoice that came with your package and it is also provided on the side of your postage label it is in very small writing.

Complaints Procedure.

  • All queries should be emailed to us and we'll do our best to get back to you within 2 hours. If we need to investigate your query further we will advise you if there will be any delay.
